Working Principle

Inclined screen solid-liquid separator is using the pump to pull the fresh material,like all kinds of animal waste, industrial waste,fruit juice waste,oil waste etc into de-water equipment,the material through the special screen and then press by the screw,the rotary speed of the machine can reach 45r/min,within the press of the screen and high rotary speed,the material will be dewatered by the machine,and the water will enter into the pool through screen. After this machine, moisture of material is less than 30%,can be put into bag and delivered easily,or for further use directly.

The separator is designed for dewatering and separating a variety of viscous and solid-rich slurries, including but not limited to:

• Livestock & Human Waste: Pig manure, Cattle manure, Chicken manure, Human waste (fecal sludge).

• Food & Beverage Processing By-products: Fruit pomace/pulp, Starch wastewater, Kitchen/Food waste, Brewer’s grains, Spent grains from distillation.

• Industrial & Organic Slurries: Pharmaceutical residues, Slaughterhouse wastewater (containing fats and solids), Biogas digester effluent (slurry), Suspended chemical particles.
