The Lamella Clarifier delivers superior solid-liquid separation in a remarkably compact footprint. By utilizing inclined plate technology, it dramatically increases settling efficiency and throughput within a minimal space. This proven solution offers effective clarification and thickening for diverse water and wastewater applications, ensuring consistent performance with low energy consumption.

Working Principle 

It is designed to remove particles from liquids. The theory is put forward on the basis of shallow tank, which tells the settling efficiency of sedimentation tank is only related to surface area. The settling area is the total area of the inclined plates projected on a horizontal surface. This reduces the footprint of lamella settlers by about 90% as compared to conventional clarifiers and the efficiency.

4. Strong and durable: Inclined plates are breakless, collapseless. Adopt 6mm hard PVC board or 8mm high quality PP board as special separation plate, module embedded installation, highstrength, easy disassembling and maintenance.

5. Sludge discharge smoothly : no dead angle, sludge pump is recommended.
